ITPS Nominated for AEAC 2026 Award

ITPS Canada Ltd. is nominated for the 2026 AEAC Organizational Achievement Award for its leadership as a Canadian champion of the international UAS industry and its contribution to advancing UAS flight test, training and operational capability worldwide.

ITPS occupies a distinctive position at the intersection of flight test, advanced operator training, simulation, technology development and operational validation. Drawing on decades of flight test expertise, ITPS advocates for the professionalization, safety and advancement of UAS operations and flight testing. It regularly represents Canadian expertise on the global flight test stage, contributing to international dialogue through the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP), Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE) and other international forums.

This global engagement gives Canada a strong voice in the evolution of UAS flight test practices while bringing international knowledge and experience back into the Canadian RPAS ecosystem. ITPS develops the people as well as the technology, delivering specialized UAS flight test and advanced operator training for military, government and industry personnel. Its use of immersive simulation enables safe, progressive development of complex mission skills and supports emerging concepts such as manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T), where crewed and uncrewed platforms operate collaboratively.

ITPS also supports fixed-wing, multirotor and VTOL UAS development, ISR, AI, systems integration, BVLOS operations and operationally relevant testing, connecting industry, academia, government and applied research.

By championing rigorous flight test methodology, advanced operator training, simulation, international collaboration and sovereign UAS capability, ITPS strengthens Canada’s RPAS ecosystem while positioning Canadian expertise at the forefront of the global uncrewed aviation industry.
