Definition of Personal Information

Collection of your Personal Information

ITPS limits the collection of personal information to what is required to fulfill the purposes identified in this Policy.

ITPS collects personal information, such as: your e-mail address, name, last name, home or work address or telephone number and any other information you provide to us when you contact us under the “Ask Us a Question”, “Contact Us”, “Get a Quote”/ “Request Information” or “Talk to ITPS About Your Requirements” and interact with us such as when using the “Chatbot” on the Web Site or when you provide us feedback regarding the accessibility at ITPS.

ITPS also collects your personal information when you buy academic lectures and tutorials in the “Courses” section of the Web Site, including your email address, your name, your location, the courses you are interested in, however ITPS does not collect or store your payment card information. This information is required to enter into a contract with us.

ITPS may also collect your resume or your presentation letter and any other information you provide to us when visiting the “Careers” section of the Website and choosing to apply for a position at ITPS.

ITPS may also collect information about you, such as your browser type, the page that led you to the Website, the number of visits to the Website, your IP address, your device operating system (OS), your location (city, state/province, country, latitude and longitude) through its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to better manage your relationship with ITPS.

ITPS may use your personal information to operate the ITPS Web Site and to deliver to you the services you have requested, including providing with information about ITPS and its services that you requested, and fulfill your orders.

ITPS keeps track of the web sites and pages our customers visit within ITPS, in order to determine what ITPS services are the most popular. ITPS does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

ITPS is headquartered in Canada, our Web Site is hosted in Canada, and the personal information that we collect and process is retained and stored in Canada. ITPS uses service providers that store personal information on our behalf in Canada and in other third countries. Please be aware that Canada, and these other third countries, may not provide the same level of protection of personal information as in your country, region, province, state, or other jurisdiction of residence or nationality, and when transferred to Canada or elsewhere, your personal information may be accessible by, or otherwise made available to, local government authorities and officials pursuant to judicial and/or administrative orders, decrees, and demands, and/or other domestic laws, statutes, and regulations. Even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still contact you in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., for customer service).

Children

Persons aged under 16 or 13 (depending on where you reside) shall not be permitted to use the Web Site. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 16 or 13 years old other than as permitted by applicable law, we will forthwith delete the relevant information.
