Rick Jankura Joins the Board of ITPS Canada

Rick Jankura has been a valued advisor and mentor to the ITPS Canada management team for close to three years. We are pleased to announce that he has agreed to formally join the Board as the company positions itself for the next exciting phase of growth. Rick Jankura is a retired C-Suite executive who has a diverse range of executive management and board of director experience with both private and public companies. Rick has held senior roles with companies in a broad range of industries.

Rick was the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded speciality aviation services company that grew significantly through acquisition, having built the finance, treasury and reporting infrastructure. He has also held several senior roles in the banking and venture capital industries, including the senior executive responsible for risk management with a Canadian Chartered Bank. He has also held transitional CEO positions in the technology and manufacturing industries. Before retirement, Rick was the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held packaging solutions company with operations in Canada and Europe.

Rick is a CPA and currently serves on the Board of Directors of VersaBank, an innovative Canadian Chartered Bank, where he is Chair of the Risk Oversight Committee and a member of the Audit Committee; the Board of Directors of Renix Inc., a cleantech company focused on liquid separation technologies, where he serves as the Chair; the Board of Directors of FreePoint Technologies Inc., a manufacturing execution software company; and, the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes, a social enterprise that transforms lives through the power of work, where he is the past Chair and a member and past Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.
