Professor Billy Allan Lectures to Fixed Wing Students

Professor Billy Allan L.Col. RCAF (Ret.) of the Royal Military College of Canada is one of our visiting Professors under the International Test Pilots School’s initiative to bring in leading experts to contribute to the instruction of Master of Science Degree students at ITPS.
A graduate of the Empire Test Pilots’ School Flight Test Engineer Course, Prof. Allan has over 30 years of flight test and academic experience. Today he delivered lectures on Fixed Wing Aircraft Level Flight performance to our 2023A Fixed Wing Course.
Giorgio Clementi first met Billy over twenty-five years ago on an RCAF audit of ITPS, then at Woodford, England! ITPS is delighted we finally managed to get you to instruct at ITPS Billy!
