Vaughn Guigui is a Flight Test Engineer Instructor at ITPS (Canada) Ltd. and a CAT 1 Lead Flight Test Engineer graduate. With over two years of experience as an instructor, Vaughn shares his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of aviation professionals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Concordia University and has studied Aeronautical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Change Management at the University of New South Wales Business School, Vaughn combines his technical proficiency with a strong foundation in leadership and strategic management.

As a military reservist, Vaughn served for 12 years in the Canadian Forces as a Lieutenant with the Cadet Instructor Cadre. His role as a Standards Pilot for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets emphasizes his commitment to the highest standards in flight instruction. In the civilian sector, Vaughn played a key role in CS25 simulator development programs for the NH90 and King Air 350i. He also served as Team Lead and Lead Flight Simulator Test Engineer for Boeing’s 777X and 737MAX programs, along with working on the DHC-6 Twin Otter 400 upgrade in collaboration with Viking DeHavilland.

Vaughn’s diverse experience as an Avionics SME, Systems Test Engineer, and Flight Test Instructor reinforces ITPS’ commitment to preparing Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers for success in both military and civilian aviation applications.
