Flight Test Engineer and Instructor - RW

Martin Bossé is a RW Flight Test Engineer Instructor at ITPS (Canada) Ltd., having joined in October 2021. A graduate of the French Ecole du Personnel Navigant d’Essais et de Réception (EPNER), Martin has accumulated over 900 flight test hours with the Canadian Forces, Bell Helicopter, Bombardier Aerospace, and Mitsubishi Aircraft.

His career highlights include expanding the Sea King shipboard landing envelope through the development of Canadian Forces test procedures, certifying the Bell Helicopter B429 and Airbus A220, and contributing to the development of the Mitsubishi Regional Jet. Martin has held several management roles in maintenance, engineering, program management, and aircraft customization and delivery. His extensive background in various facets of aviation has made him an expert in flight testing and aircraft development.

Beyond his professional achievements, Martin has a deep passion for aviation that started 45 years ago when he earned his pilot’s license. He owns and flies a Grumman AA5A. Outside of flying, Martin enjoys cycling, cross-country skiing, hiking, and cherishes his family life as a husband and a grandfather of four.
