Guy is a Flight Test Engineer Instructor at ITPS (Canada) Ltd. with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire (UK). With over 20 years of experience and more than 850 hours of flight testing across 31 aircraft types, Guy has built an extensive career in the aviation industry. He began his career with Lockheed Martin as an Avionics Integration and Test Industrial Trainee for the Royal Navy Merlin MkI before moving to AgustaWestland, where he focused on the Merlin (EH101) helicopter’s avionics systems development and testing.

In 2009, Guy transitioned to Pilatus Aircraft in Switzerland, where he initially worked as an Avionics Systems Engineer on the PC-21 military trainer before joining the Flight Test Department. He contributed to development, certification, and production testing of various Pilatus aircraft, including the PC-6, PC-12, PC-21, and PC-24. Notable highlights include leading high-latitude trials in the Canadian Arctic and anti-icing fluid trials in Sweden. Guy also supported numerous joint trials with Honeywell and mission system developments in the UAE.

Before joining ITPS, Guy served as the Lead Flight Test Engineer at Dornier Seawings, conducting initial flight testing for the Seastar CD2 amphibious flying boat prototype.

Guy is passionate about flight testing and seaplanes, holding a seaplane rating from Como, Italy. He also enjoys live music and playing the guitar. At ITPS, he aims to expand his expertise while sharing his valuable industry knowledge with students.
