David Clementi is the Chief Operating Officer at ITPS (Canada) Ltd., a leading aviation training organization based in London, Ontario. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. He joined ITPS in 2009 as Commercial Manager and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming COO due to his strategic leadership and operational expertise.

Under David’s direction, ITPS has experienced significant growth. The organization expanded from just 11 employees to over 100 and scaled its aircraft fleet from one to more than 30. He has been instrumental in developing new facilities and raising the profile of ITPS within Canadian political, military, and industrial sectors. His efforts have helped position the company as a global leader in flight test training.

David’s responsibilities span across contract management, human resources, finance, customer and supplier relations, government relations, and strategic planning. In 2021, he was appointed the Accountable Manager for ITPS’ EASA-approved training organization, overseeing safety and operational compliance within the European regulatory framework.

With a strong background in both business and aviation, David brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management that has been pivotal in transforming ITPS into a world-class institution. His leadership continues to drive innovation, growth, and excellence within the aviation training industry.
