Note: This photo contest is independently organised by ITPS Canada, and not affiliated with Airshow London‘s “Spirit of SkyDrive Photo Contest.”

Entrant Declaration
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:
- They are the creator and copyright owner of the submitted photographs.
- The photographs were taken by them during Saturday’s airshow.
- The photographs do not infringe upon the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- They have obtained any necessary permissions from identifiable individuals where required.
- If selected, they will provide the original, full-resolution, unbranded image upon request.
Image Rights
Photographers retain copyright to their images. By entering the contest, participants grant ITPS Canada a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, and display submitted photographs in any media for marketing, promotional, educational, editorial, and corporate communications purposes.
Additional Terms
- Entries must not contain watermarks, logos, borders, or other branding.
- ITPS Canada may crop, resize, or make minor edits to selected images for marketing and promotional use.
- ITPS Canada reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- By entering the contest, participants agree to these Official Rules. ITPS Canada reserves the right to interpret these rules, and all judging decisions are final.
