Carl Bertrand Completes Flight Test Instructor Course

Congratulations Carl Bertrand for completing the EASA approved Flight Test Instructor Course (Rotary Wing) at ITPS. Carl earned his wings in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1980 and his extensive career as a helicopter pilot includes twenty-two years as a test pilot at Bell Helicopter, Mirabel. Having amassed over 10,000 flight hours on over twenty types both rotary wing and fixed wing. Carl brings a wealth of experimental and certification flight test experience to the ITPS programs.
