What an incredible weekend at Airshow London!
Once again yesterday, the Bo105 helicopter wowed the crowd, expertly flown by Mark Chivers. Hot on its heels, the L-39 Albatros jets lit up the sky with an unforgettable display of precision flying, featuring Brendan Pierce and Stefan Porteous. On the ground, a long lineup of visitors got up close to tour the “Grand Old Lady,” the legendary Grumman HU-16 Albatross, and hear its fascinating story of a search and rescue aircraft transformed into a flying classroom for flight test training.
A huge thank you to our incredible pilots, crew, volunteers and the Airshow London team. We can’t wait to reach new heights with even more aircraft at next year’s London Airshow!
