Warwick is the Chief Flight Test Engineer Instructor at ITPS (Canada) Ltd., bringing over 20 years of flight test experience to the role. His aviation career began at age 7 when he started flying gliders in the UK. Warwick graduated from Cranfield University (RMCS Shrivenham) in Aeromechanical Systems Engineering and began his career in rotary wing flight testing at QinetiQ Boscombe Down, where he worked on the AW101 Merlin Helicopter. His responsibilities included whole-aircraft assessments, hot weather capabilities, and supporting the UK MoD’s urgent operational requirements.

In 2009, Warwick graduated from the Empire Test Pilots’ School as a Cat A (Experimental) Fixed Wing Flight Test Engineer. He then became the UK’s FTE for the Airbus A400M international Certification and Qualification Organisation, spending 4 years based in France. Warwick’s diverse experience spans various flight test campaigns, including avionics updates, aircraft mass increases, unpaved runway operations, and aircraft icing. He has worked in both experimental and certification roles, accumulating 600 flight hours across 35 military and civilian aircraft types.
