ITPS together with our partner, Gissan Company, is currently seeking experienced personnel with military backgrounds for various job positions at a helicopter training facility in Riyadh. We require skilled individuals who have served in the military and possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide aviation students with individual and military occupational specialty training and autonomously initiate and sustain the required organisations and support systems associated with this training and aircraft platform set.

PROGRAM MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center’s operations, including strategic planning, leadership, financial and operational management, risk management, technical knowledge, business acumen, and compliance with aviation regulations.

STANDARDISATION INSTRUCTOR PILOT – INSTRUMENT RATING EXAMINER (IRE)
Seeking a qualified and experienced Standardisation Instructor Pilot (SIP) who will be responsible for ensuring that flight training programs and missions operate in compliance with established regulations, standards, and procedures. The SIP will provide guidance, training, and evaluation to other pilots, ensuring their skills meet or exceed established standards. The SIP will serve as a subject matter expert and a technical adviser, educating other pilots on safe and efficient aircraft maneuvering.

STANDARDISATION PILOT – INSTRUCTORS
Ensuring the standardisation and consistency of pilot training programs within an aviation organization. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to pilots to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and best practices. You will work closely with other aviation professionals, including pilots, instructors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that training programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.

STANDARDISATION PILOT – MAINTENANCE TEST PILOT (MTP)
Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft in accordance with established standards and procedures. You will conduct various tests and evaluations to maintain and update standardization procedures, as well as perform maintenance checks to ensure aircraft are in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other aviation professionals, including maintenance personnel and regulatory authorities, to ensure that aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.

TRAINING MANAGER
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of training programs at the helicopter training facility. This includes developing and implementing training curricula, managing training personnel, coordinating training schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of training programs.

AIRCREW HEAD OF TRAINING
We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as an Aircrew Head of Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of flight training and instruction within our organization. Key qualifications for this role include English capability at a professional level, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in training and instruction, and knowledge of the KSA MNG organization, structure, methods of operation, and its vision for the future.

MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL SPECIALITY (MOS) HEAD OF TRAINING
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of training programs related to a specific military occupational specialty (MOS). This includes developing and implementing training curricula, managing training personnel, coordinating training activities, ensuring compliance with military regulations and standards, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The MOS Head of Training is also responsible for providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to training personnel, and ensuring that training programs are designed to meet the needs of the military unit and its personnel.

TRAINING COORDINATOR
Responsible for coordinating all training activities related to the aviation center. This includes scheduling and coordinating training programs, managing training resources, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and standards, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to instructors and trainees. You will play a critical role in ensuring that training programs are conducted efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

SUPPORT PERSONNEL
Support Personnel will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of an aviation training center. This includes coordinating logistics, managing training resources, maintaining records, providing administrative assistance to instructors and trainees, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and center policies. Support Personnel play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient and effective delivery of aviation training programs.
